just replace the gaskets and give it an oil change to be on the safe side. If the oil looks like a chocolate milk shake then coolant is making its way intot he crank case.

you should definetly change the oil after the intake gasket swap anyways because 9 times outta 10 your gonna get antifreeze in the oil when you do it.

depends on how experianced you are... I'd call it a 3. Just don't forget to torque the bolts down in the right order to spec (30 lbs if I remember correctly ???). Clean the bolts and chase the threads before you do so it'll be right and don't use threadlocker or RTV on the bolts! I've seen so many people screw it up that way. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN! It will shred the gaskets at the front and back. As for tips... it's a whole lot easier to set the intake back on and center it with 2 people working (one on both sides).

another thing to make the gaskets stay is two small dabs of super glue in a non critical spot, keeps the gaskets put while you drop the intake on.

all in all id say it would take around 2-3 hours, maybe more if its your first time doing this. The easiest way woudl be to take off the whole intake with everything (or as much as possible) attached. that way you dont create any more unnecessary work for yourself.

its not bad at all you will figure it out...I didnt even use a torque wrench on mine and never had problems. dont go breaking a 1/2 inch rachet or anything tho.

even though you could probably get away with out it. use a torque wrench so you get uniform pressure ont he gaskets. Otherwise, they might not even seal if the torque isnt right on each bolt.

THis is not a difficult job at all. Just make sure you label everything. I used masking tape and a marking pen. Clean those mating surfaces really well. Don't forget to mark the distributor before you remove it. Get a timing light as this will make adjusting the timing easier later on. Take your time and you shouldn't have any problems.
