This was my first attempt at RAM air... it worked quite well in my opinion.

<2 mph difference in trap speed b/w my RAM air and open element.

This is my second attempt at RAM air, the season's pretty much done, so wo't get to run it till next year, but it's an improvement over my first attempt, but I don't expect any real gains from this one. I have to address a lot of other issues with my car first. Like traction.

For now, you can run the caddi air duct. Super cheap at the junkyard. I just jot the aluminum piping from Summit to add some velocity to the air.

The fog lamp boxes stay in the same spot, I just closed off the back of it and used the whole fog lamp boxes as the scoops.

You can run fog lamps with no problems really.

In the first design, the tube is 2.5 inch diameter running behind the driver's side highbeam light.

The only prob with the second design is that it requires a TPI/V6 MPFI intake. Around here, they're hard to come by and will cost an arm and leg from the guys that do have them.

Did this actually work? What kind of car do you have?
