anyone who has done headers

while you are reading this i am outside wrenching on my car i have the new headers on i just need to reach all the bolts to tighten them and i was wondering if you have anytips to help this go a little smoother thanks

well for one im underaged and for two there isnt any around but thanks for the tip, ok i have everythig figured out except for the very back bolt closest to the firewall on the pass side and i have to adjust my ac bracket other than that im done minus puttin all the hoses and stuff back on

It's not that hard... I've helped my friend with his. I have yet to do it with mine.Be sure to let us know if you feel it after you get them installed... I got stock exhaust manifolds, no cat and a nice exhaust, and headers is the next thing for me after I get a clutch...

i now have everything except that last bolt on the pass side and the y pipe my friend said he felt a huge difference in his trans am when he put his on but he has an LS1 99 t/a

Header bolt

I had the same problem with the back bolt on the passenger side.
I bought a 7/16 open-end wrench from Snap-on which has a 45 deg on one end and a 90 deg on the other. This enabled me to get that last bolt tight.

i did the back bolt with a open end wrench slowly but surely wooo hooo im done now its time for the y pipe
