Does it matter where you put it under the hood?

The easiest way I can think of would be to find an extra high pressure hose ( the larger hard line is the high pressure side ) at a salvage yard off another camaro. Take this hose and cut in half. You'll need to get a fitting that will allow you to mount or thread the fuel pressure gage into and also have two barbed ends to put your cut hoses onto. Then just use good quality hose clamps to secure the hoses onto the fitting. Use this to replace you exsisting high pressure hose at the driverside fender where the fuel lines connect to them and the hard lines on the engine. Hope this makes sense.

Steve

The reason for the extra high pressure line is so you won't ruin a good hose and you will have it in case you have a leak.

I'm not sure. I would get the extra fuel line first and cut it where you want to put the guage, then measure it, before I ordered the fitting and guage.

Check out how GKK did it in this thread:

That's how I did it. THe fuel line has the measurement on the side of the hose, I cant remember it off the top of my head. Good luck man.
