Problem with my transmision. I think.

I have this problem that any time I push the accelerator too hard and too fast I feal this large thump from beneath me. I think it's the transmission but I'm not for sure. It almost feals like it's shifting to hard automaticly. If I accelerate slowly then push it hard it will do ok. Any Ideas?

2 words ma' boy... TRANS MOUNT.
Not hard to change
One nut on the crossmember
Jack up the trans till the mount stud clears the crossmember
remove the two bolts holding it to the trans.

Install in reverse
20 min. job

Don't loose the nut.
