Mine was bogging too after I did my motor swap... It turned out to be an EGR Valve issue. It bogged momentarily right off idle and then it would seem to take off. Kinda scary if you're trying to inch up behind people at a stop sign.
I didn't get the AC Delco EGR valve. Instead I bought a generic neihoff one with various orfice washers sizes and found, through trial and error, that the bogging issue decreased as I went to smaller and smaller orfice washers. I think what happened is that after my motor was rebuilt with flattops, .030 over and ported heads, exhaust backpressue was increased (since I didn't upgrade the exhaust yet) - so the stock sized orfice washer allowed too much exhaust gas to be recirculated into the intake air. In short, too much exhaust gas recirculated into the charge air overly riched in the mix causing the engine to bog at the exact moment the egr solenoid opened the valve.
I could be way off on this one, but there is a very easy, and free test. First off, the engine has to be at full operating temp as I believe egr is disabled until then. (That's another indicator.. only bogs when at operating temp)
Find the vacuum line going to the egr valve and put a golf tee into it, effectively eliminating exh gas from being recirculated all together.
Take it for a spin and see if the bogging still occurs. If it does, I guess completely ignore this reply. If it does cure the bogging, you'll have to find a way to restrict the amount of EG being let into the intake via smaller orfice washer, if you have a generic egr valve.
Anyway, it's a very quick, free, test so you have nothing to lose.
Good luck!

Ill try that this afternoon, what you said makes a whole lot of sence, Idid dhange the egr maybe 4 years ago. It seems to be like if i go WOT it will bog than if i back out of the throttle it will take the gas. But you dont think it could be a spark issue? also no codes
