Throttle Bracket Issues
I just installed the Edelbrock Performer TBI and I'm wondering if I hooked the throttle bracket and cables back up right. I need anyone with pics of their stock and/or performer TBI intake bracket/cable set ups. Also, my car is a manual, it has cruise control but it hasn't worked since I got it...how many cables should I have on the bracket? I only have two...

I have 2 cables comming off of mine. Here is a pic that may help. It is a really bad pic but I will see if I can dig up a better one.

EDIT: I forgot to add. You should have 2 cables attached as shown in the above pic since you have a T5 car. Do you think that you hooked them up wrong, or do you think someone else hooked them up wrong and as a result left your cruis inoperable?

No, I have them hooked up right, something just must be wrong with the cruise...maybe a fuse, maybe somethings not hooked up, because cruise just plain don't work! Thanks Guys.
If everything checks out ok under the hood and you don't have a blown fuse then check the wires in the steering colum and turn signal cruise control stalk. Where the wires come out of the stalk they have been know to break and of course lose connection. I have this happen to a Celeberty i had once.

out of curiousity would cruise control work on a harness that is in a car that is equipt with a 5spd that originally came as an automatic, even though the Neutral saftey switch and the switch that prevents the car from being started w/o the clutch depressed, is no longer in existance?
