TBI Supercharger specific to Third Gen TBIs

Whipple is developing a supercharger specificaly for our cars.

"we should have it around 3-5 months"

I would of posted on the forced induction forum but this is really where the TBI guys hang out.

If you don't beleive me just keep it to yourself and just don't beleive me

Guessing about 3-4 grand for this. Any insight on that?

This would not be the first time a super charger kit has been make for the 305 tbi f-body. I think it only put out like 50 or 60 more hp over stock. Hell even if it put out over a 100 hp over stock it would just be cheaper to build a 400 hp motor with a 3000+ price tag. Take a look at their TBI truck kit, it will probly be the same just made to work with our pulleys.

I agree. For the same money I'd rather buy a crate or even a used LT1.

What did they say they would do for tuning. I would geuss that it involves a whole new ECM system and it is not cheap. As stated above, it would be cheaper to put that money into another combo (that is to get equal or greater power with less coin).
