L69 on 91 RS - HOW!?!?

edit: I've had the l69 air cleaner on the car for a few months and its sweet, but there are no snorkels hooked up so it just warm air intake. I'm trying to make it cold air, but the stupid AC compressor and pipework are completely in the way.
Had anybody hooked up a functional L69 onto a 91 tbi???

Link to another thread in Tech/General Engine forum titled How the $@!* does the l69 intake fit a 91 rs???

Funny I was just looking at my engine bay this am and trying to remember how I had two 4" ducts run with the ac on there. It was back in the mid to late 1990's. I had to relocate the radiator overflow to the drivers side. I had to use another type of overflow bottle to fit there. It is doable. I may revisit it as I have WOT map values in the lower 90's. (and/or it could be the stock TB unit also)

I was thinking I'd have to move the overflow. ARG.

What did you do for snorkel (not the duct, im talking bout the black think to screw into the rad support)? I could reuse the stock right side snorkel, but where can I get a left side? I've already checked a j yard - no usable snorkels. I know the HO intake tubes have been discontinued, but is there an altnerate one I can order from GM?

Back in the time when I did mine the snorkels were available but I made an oval from sheet metal for both sides and screwed them on the rad support. Then I connected the flex tubing to them. You have to get creative.

They could either come with the factory air cleaner, or an open element. Mine has the factory air cleaner and air induction piece on the hood.
