Those gears may be a little to steep. i could be wrong but 373 gears are the best for speed without losing alot of milage.:}

If I get a good launch without any wheelspin I can turn a 6.5 sec. 0 to 60 time, shifting at 5000 RPM, but it's not stock either.

Don't go higher than 3.42 rear gears. You only need higher gearing like 3.73 if you had a higher-revving, high power peak engine. With the TBI's short powerband, 3.73 would be a little bit too much.

It advances the spark curve which will give you like 1hp in the upper rpm. It's not worth the money unless you've done a bunch of mods like full exhaust and intake manifold. I wouldn't change chip unless I went even further and got heads. A custom chip is better because it can be programmed to be even more agressive with the spark curve and disable stuff like EGR and the such. Don't get a hypertech or ads chip unless it's on sale for like $20 to 30.
