Big cam and big TBI

OK, let's say I have a cam with a duration of 236/242 (non advertised, this is at 1.5). And lets say I need to keep it TBI'd. I'll be using a TBI larger then a 2" bore on a single plane manifold, on an engine bigger then a 350. Is it possiable to burn a chip to run this setup good? I know it's alot of tuning, but is it possiable?

Its possible to do anything when it comes to programming the GMECM. You can go crazy with it, once you get deep into it , changing code and whatnot you can pretty much adjust for anything
