New injectors?

Car won't start.
All my injectors will do is spit a drop or two of fuel. I guess this means i need new ones?
I believe the car did catch fire underhood--on top of TB from bad gasget or something(happened before i bought the car)-could this be the problem?
I just got done replacing the fuel pump and fuel filter, i used a TPI fuel sender with a TBI pump, and a TPI fuel filter.
Could this have something to do with it?

Before you buy parts, do some testing.

Make sure the fuel pressure is up to spec.
