This post is for condolences to the families of those lost in these tragic attacks.
I hope the cowards that organized the acts come to justice soon. We need to reorganize, reunit efforts, and "bounce back."
If this thread becomes a long list of what the US needs to do specifically then I will delete it, not close it. Post only short emotions and short stories. The best would probably be just a frown face .

As an employee of a major air carrier, these things shake you to the core. It's a sad day for all Americans. Let's remember every family affected...directly and indirectly.

Have you ever thought about the date? 9/11 or 911... Maybe people will start calling it the 911 incident.... its all hectic around here because i pretty much live one a military base and it is very hard to get in right now not many people can come in or out and one out of 10 gates are open

Living only minutes from the city, I witnessed this tragedy first hand. My heart goes out to all those who lost someone, as I do know many people who will not be returning home ever again...

And...the WTC is gone...not there...

Justice shall be served.

my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by this tragic day, and that is everyone in America and many outside. Today played out almost like scenes cut from Con-Air, or a hollywood blockbuster, the sadness is in the reality.

America always shines in times of darkness, let that hold true now.

you all be safe, I hope that none of the members of our "family" here were lost or injured. My prayers are with you all.

Anthony

Born & raised in Brooklyn.....still have family there

Seen NYC so many times...I've taken the skyline for granted.

I plan on being there within the next few days to help in any way I can. I'm just not sure if I will even be able to deal with not even seeing the WTC anymore.

My tears and prayers go out to anyone affected by this.

This is the most tragic day in the history of the world.

NATO and the rest of World have united with the US.
All we can do now for eachother and all those who have died is send out our hearts and thoughts to all who have lost someone, and make sure that somehow we come thru this strong and make good of such a tragic loss, and vow to never allow such a thing to happen again. They are now like any other soldier who has been killed in a war.
They can not die for nothing.

Today i fealt guilt. Guilt that i was able go to work on a beautiful morning knowing that so many of my fellow americans where not able to do the same. I cried yesterday, and again today.

*** bless america, and all who join us, to conquer evil.
