Well after all this research and junk yard hopping I have compiled a pile of parts and mods for my car, The only part i cannot find or get are heads, all i can find are swirl port heads, so will the following parts be anough to run low 14's in my 91 RS 305 TBI. I can port and polish the swirl ports if need be and if i can be told how to tweak the intake side properly, but if the stock will be ok for my goal i will let them alone.
1 Rbobs EBL
2 moates ostrich
3 3.23 gears
4 3 inch exhaust with cat delete
5 hooker headers and Y pipe
6 LT1 cam
7 350 injectors ( if needed )
8 non AIR or EGR and smog pump.
9 higher flowing air cleaner set up.
please post your comments or experiances if you had a set up like this.

 

Well Its hard to tell.. I'd Say you would be in the 14's for sure..

 

I sure hope so , if i dont have to take off the heads it will save alot of work. i hope some one else has tried this and can post .

 

how hard is rbobs ebl to work with? i want to get into tuning but i have no idea where to start.
