Bored out TBI follow-up...

We bored out my extra TBI today with an offset cutting head. I will say that there isn't much to mill out. The little holes that let the Eval Canister purge into the manifold become caves when you cut into the sides. The little hole get cut away and the passage behind it protrudes. So now, I had this big chunk missing out of the bore right where the throttle plate would rest. So we got on the lathe and cut some pegs to the exact size of the holes and pushed them in. They had to be a tight fit so I took my 40lb CO2 tank and blasted the pegs with liquid CO2 so they would shrink and then crammed them in. It turned out alright. I still have to get throttle plates out of the TPI 'body. Pictures soon to come...
