I've already removed the pump itself and the belt. I tried loosening the pully when it was on, but it wouldn't move. I have it off now and it still won't move.

it took me and a friend to remove it from mine a week ago, but i had to put the belt back on it first, him hold with both hands, i held with one and and cranked the rachet. Maybe I'm just weak. Try a vice or something, and have someone else hold it.

one thing to do is to not try to "turn" it so to speak. instead, put the wrench on the bolt, hold the pulley still with your left hand and hit the wrench witht he palm of your hand to kind of shock it loose. spraying a bit of pb breaks loose or some other penatrating oil on the bolts always helps too.

Use an Impact gun. It will knock it right off.

This is a trick I used to use....

Take a small pry bar (one that has a square shank if you can) and place the end of the pry bar up against the center nipple that is sticking thru the pully and hold the pry against on of the bolt heads. Choose one of the other bolts and loosen it. Do this for all of the bolts.

You don't want to take the bolts out, just break them loose as you will need to utilize some of the already loose bolts to break the others free.

You could also use a good, thick, long flat-head screw driver.

Also, the longer the pry bar/screw driver is and the longer the ratchet/wrench is the easier it'll be to break them loose.

Then get a $20 Harbor Freight impact gun. It works fine for a home mechanic.
