Injector install
Injector install
I disassembled a spare injector pod to soak the injectors but I failed to note which way the injectors face. Should the fuel inlet hole face front or back? It almost appears ,looking in the bowl, that it wouldn't matter. Thanks in advance.

Re: Injector install
There should be a pin on the bottom of each injector. These locate it within the pod. One injector has the pin toward the front, the other toward the rear. To 'see' this place them into the pod without the o-rings. Don't forget to use oil on the o-rings (final assembly) and some blue (removable) locktite on the pod screws.
As a side note, the little hole on the side of the injector is a vent or bleed hole. The fuel is fed into the injector at the bottom. Where the larger screen is. Vapors and such are bled out via the little hole in the side, which is near the top internally.
