CAn anyone direct me to a thread on converting or adapting an IAT sensor to the 7747 ecm and the mods necassary in the bin?? THanks

Sorry to break your spirit but 7747 does not support IAT (or MAT) functionality. You can switch to a car version, without any harness modifications, of C3 ECM such as 8746 or 16136965 used in later B-bodies which have IAT input at C-12.

i think fast305 has it working with a 7427 which is what you have tbi-max with your 95. the 7427 can run iat. but the tbi trucks with v-8's didnt use it between 87-95 from the factory.
