Idea of my 1991 TBI help would be cool
I have a stock 1991 RS with the LO3 in it and i was thinking about putting a full exhaust like hooker 2055 headers and then a 3 in. catback. And also I wanted to put the wynjammer supercharger on it too and I planned on running the 6PSi boost on it but i was wondering if i can run the 10 PSI boost on it without tearing anything up. Also what would i need to do for things to go smoothly with the fuel delivery, do i need bigger injectors or fuel pump or are the stock ones fine? And could anyone give me a rough estimate of what my HP and TQ numbers would be? any help would be appreciated thanks

Do your exhaust first. You will notice the difference. I wish I would have done it sooner.
You can probably raise your fuel pressure to accommodate the wynjammer. It should raise you about 50hp & 80ftlbs with the 6psi setup. Probably more with headers & 10psi. http://www.tbi-superchargers.com/TBI..._TBI_Kits.html

yeah the headers and catback are going in sometime in december hopefully and that will be about 40hp from what i understand. is that correct? and i will most likely run the 6psi because i dont think the L03 internals can handle the 10. but if i dont get the wynjammer how much wheel horsepower am i looking at because it seems you and I have similar setups or have you not dynoed your car?

I have not dynoed my car but my guess is that it went up around 30hp with Headers & 3" catback, open element and I have the ADS Superchip currently. Plan to go to EBL tuning in the future once I do a cam & head upgrade. It sure is much more fun to drive with the full exhaust. I can really feel quite a difference. The best thing would be to do mods like exhaust & rearend/gears which will transfer to a 350 later if / when you decide to go bigger. I really like the idea of the wynjammer but I'm not liking the $2k pricetag or the whine. I like the stock look & sound myself.
Edit: If I had that budget to spend I'd be looking for a used Vortec 350 and high flow TBI setup.

well any motor swap and cam or internal swap like that are out of the question because i dont know how to do them and nor do i have the time to learn because it is my daily driver and i have school everyday.Good bolt ons is really all I'm looking for and the wynjammer comes with a chip and i do know how to change that and it seems pretty easy to do for the amount of HP it gives you which is the only reason i liked they idea lol but i'm still not sure if I'm gonna shell out the 2k for it and if i do then that will be it and my car will be done for upgrades haha
