stalling and backfiring, pulling my hair out!

so here's my problem, i have a 350 tbi when then engine is cold no problem. when its at operating temperature no problem, when the engine is around 150 degrees she bogs down and back fires through the intake and sometimes stalls, the more gas you give her the more it pops if you let off she comes back. I have replaced the cts, tps, bran new plugs, wires, coil, cap, rotor, EST module and distributor. I have rebuild the TBI, no vacuum leaks but i have a EGR block off plate( egr removed). I have been going through and replacing sensors and parts by now i could have bought an entire fuel injection or switched it to carb. the timing is also set to zero with the tan/black wire disconnected this thing has me pulling my hair out. anyone have any ideas or know whats going on help please!
