Charcoal Canister Removal
Can i remove the charcoal canister in my '89 350 TBI. If so what do i do with the hard line coming up the driverside frame rail? And i assume just plug off the port on the TB.

1) Need to check with local inspectors - might not pass inspection without that emission piece.
2) When we swap to carb, we generally remove it (I did), I just attached a rubber fuel line hose to the third fuel hardline and ran it under the car so that no fumes or gas leaking would squirt out in the engine bay where there's hot manifolds, spark potential, etc. And yes, cap the vacuum port on the TBI unit so you don't have a vacuum leak.
