Looking at a set of headers and Y-pipe- 1 5/8" primaries, 3" collectors. No O2 bung though, can this be welded on?

Yes it can be welded on. Some have it there already like the Hooker 2055's and Hedmans.

Re: Evaluate 305 TBI Build Idea
Well for the price, I can stomach having to get a bung welded on, so I'm getting it.
About the air filter- turns out the previous owner installed a K&N filter. Should I just buy a new, open, top and bottom or should I get a whole new unit?
Edit: Nevermind, I'm just going to superglue the breather filter back together
Edit: How does one prevent 21 year old plastic from snapping? I just went to test my TPS and snapped the little latch that holds the wires in place. Not like it really needs it but in the meantime I guess I'll superglue it back after I test it tomorrow
