AC vents stuck on defrost!!! (Can't find vacuum leak.)

I can't get the AC in my bird to come out the vents. When you move the lever over to vent the air continues to go out the defrost... Can be very frustrating when air only comes out my defrost...
Any ideas which vacuum hose would cause this?

It's usually the valve on the back of the HVAC control unit. Can sometimes hear a hissing coming from it if you listen carefully

in the engine bay, near (within 12 inches) the distributor on the passenger side you will probably find a thin tube has become cracked or fallen off a t-connector

plug it back in and the vents will again work.

you whacked it the last time you were under the hood
