TBI Adapter Help!!
Car info: 83 T/A CFI
Problem: Broken TBI to fuel line adapter
I cant seem to get an exact measurement on the correct size of the adapter, and I was hoping someone could provide insight on the correct measurements and maybe a site where I can buy them.
The pictures are the adapters I currently have and the stock fuel line they connect to

Re: TBI Adapter Help!!
The AC Delco part looks like it would work but ebay is saying it is not compatible. The Russel GM TBI Fittings might work, but I would then need an adapter to connect both male ends. But I do believe the TBI is 12mm x 1.25. And the fuel line I am going to be using is the fuel pressure assembly from DCS,Custom bent 3/8 316 polished stainless tubing, -6AN fittings, fuel block and 15psi gauge, if that helps.

Re: TBI Adapter Help!!
Try the JY, look for FWD 4-cylinder TBI cars and RWD trucks. IIRC, they use the same basic TBI unit.
There is a thread here where we measured those and the 2-bbl TBI ones.

Post # 24 has the thread size:
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tbi/...e-cfi-car.html
Also note that apparently the CFI fuel lines are the older SAE 45* flare, while the newer TBI stuff uses a Saginaw fitting on the fuel line.

Re: TBI Adapter Help!!
So I was able to find a piece that will fit, the only difference is that it is slightly smaller. Will this affect the fuel flow and cause the engine to not run right? It came from a TBI return line
