rough idle in drive 305 TBI

I have a 92 firebird 305 tbi
I have a rough idle in DRIVE when im at a stop, but idles nice in park. The car runs and drives awesome.
It started after i replace a fuel injector that went bad, i only replace the bad one.
I also change the IAC still the same and the tune up is about 4-5 mounts old.
Its has AC Delco plugs and plug wires.
I don't know whats causing it.

Make sure the egr valve isn't getting vacuum at idle (in gear or not).

A new egr valve won't help if your erg solenoid is by passing vacuum to it. Buy a vacuum gauge & test it when it's acting up.
