Their no off the shelf emissions legal intakes that I know of that will work with the 454 TB. You could use a carb style intake and an adapter, or you could get the Performer TBI intake and bore it out for the larger 454 TB ( if I remember right there is barely enough material to do this ).

Have the Edelbrock TBI intake bored for the 454 TBI. I REALLY doubt the inspector will tell the differance in the bores. There was an intake set up just like I said a couple days ago on ebay. www.ebaymotors.com

actually, teh holley street dominator TBI intake is emissions legal and it has the 2inch bores in it to accpet a 454 tb unit. you will need to find an older style EGR valve than is used on most late model f-bodies. if you find one from a carbed early 80's gm car it will work. it can support a good 350 breathing up past 6000rpm according to holley.

The last time I checked, the Holley TBI intake was not 50 State legal as it has no E.O. number even though it does have EGR.

Not an OEM TBI manifold. It is for ProJection and is not EO cert'd.

It'll work just fine, though.

But in my opinion, for the cost, get a carbed manifold with an adapter plate. more options, can go carb if need be, etc. I just screw around with induction a lot so it makes more sense to me... Maybe a comparison of runner size, plenum size/area is a good idea.
