TBI throttle blade closed set point

TBI throttle blade closed set point

1988 throttle blade set point in terms of open When closed. Is there a thousands or a gauge wire that can be fitted in there for a good starting point or is it all based on counts

I’ve always set to minimum idle speed with iac commanded in, or set engine warmed up iac steps to 20-25.
