Is this a blown head gasket? (Video)

When I start the car I get a good bit of smoke out of the exhaust. Seems to keep smoking for a few minutes. I was told this is due to valve seals leaking, but the smoke looks white to me. It is cold out 30F. Strange part is, it stops smoking after driving it around for a bit.

I’m attaching 2 videos, one from cold start with the smoke and one after I have been driving it for about 10 minutes. I would imagine if it was a head gasket, it would continuously blow smoke no matter what.

The car is not overheating. I got it a few weeks ago and I topped off all the fluids, the coolant was low as was the oil. Coolant looked clean, didn’t see any oil in it and it looked green like normal. Oil does not appear creamy.

let me know what you think.

I can't view the videos on my phone. I'd suggest using a tester to get for sure answers.

Condensation in exhaust is normal on cold days, valve seals sound like they are bad. Very common, doesn't sound serious

looks like condensation...are you experiencing any symptoms of a blown head gasket?

Coolant was low when I bought it a few weeks ago. I have since topped it off. I can't say that it SMELLS like coolant but I am pretty new at this. I'll keep an eye on the levels. To me it smells like it's catless even though it has a cat. I'm guessing they go bad after 35 years...

I second valve seals. Very normal to get a puff of white smoke at startup when cold. As long as you don't have a milkshake in the oil and or oil in the coolant you are probably fine.
