VSS Buffer wiring
VSS Buffer wiring
Hey guys I need some help. I have 92 camaro rs. It came with a v6. I swapped in a 5.0l TBI engine, harness and ECM from a long gone donor car. My car doesn't have a buffer box. I have a dakota digital sgi-5e. I struggle with wiring and I'm not sure how to wire it in so my speedometer works correctly. And do I need to move any wires around in the c207 connector? Can anyone help me with this?

Re: VSS Buffer wiring
The sgi-5 is alittle tricky to calibrate. The sgi-100nt is much easier I’ve heard.
c207 has a brown wire to speedometer. With any sgi you need a Vss signal in and out. Accessory power and ground.
