No Click starter 91 TBI v8 5.0

Hello!

So, was working to straight pipe the car. So I cut out the catalytic and had driven the car fine just before doing so.

The next morning I go to start the vehicle and nothing happens, not even a click from the starter. The dash comes on fine, lights and peripherals work fine.

I have replaced:

Starter relay
Ignition switch
The Starter (and cleaned the commections)
every fuse in the fuse box
By passed vats via resistor
Alternator
battery
Spark plugs,
spark plug wires
distributor cap

You can arc it and it will turn on
But it bogs and then eventually dies.

Any ideas, anyone?.....

Follow the path of power and physically check for 12v along the way. IGN switch, p/n or nss what ever applies. Starter enable relay. Where is the power lost ?
