Cam and spring question

Ok, lets say you've got some massive springs that handle .680 lift. What's the minimum amount of lift you should have with a cam (hydrualic roller) and not have too much spring for your cam? There is such a thing correct?

In your case, I'd suggest getting a solid roller setup with something like 242/260 .622/634 on a 110 LSA to fully use the heads .

Lol.....believe me, if i could pass emisisons I would. I just gotta see how high I have to go. Any luck with your inline pump search?
