Car: 89 RS 355/ 89 IROC Convert
Engine: Hot Cam 355/TPI 305
Transmission: All 700r4's
Set the base first, find the tag on the front of the hood and see what wire you need to pull to set the base timing. Then start the car and set the base timing you can set it at 6* ( I think thats factory setting) or go a little more then turn motor off and then go back and plug in the wire and strart it back up and you should be good to go...........if not there is someting wrong maybe the Dist. Module.

Yes its called the EST wire it will then let you set the base. The computer takes over then the wire is pluged in. Then you will loosen the nut and do it old school then turn off the car and plug in the wire and then start it back up and you will be set.
