As long as the tires are the same height or diameter. Like if you go up in wheel size but with a lower aspect ratio you can get it close enough to not notice it. For example I'm not sure what the stock 15" size is but if you go from that to the stock 245/50-16 you should be ok. I would lay a ruler on the tread (like you're measuring the width of the tire) then just measure from the center of the wheel to the ruler on your 15's then on the 16's. If you do find out you'll be way off then you'll have to change the speedo drive gears in the tranny. There's an article in the tech section here on how to do that. the only time you ever really need to recalibrate for new bigger wheel size is anything over 17"... the margin of error is soo few.(as long as you are staying with some "normal" size tires) which means no big giant slicks...
