I just did my full cfi to carb swap and cam swap on my 350. When we pulled the cam the front bearing had a small scrape on it now changing the baerings right now would probably be out of the question. Is this going to be a very serious problem?

 

what are you calling a small scrape? if you mean a nick, no i wouldn't worry about it, if the bearing is worn good chance they all are and replacement is out of the question with the engine in the car. if you never had problems before the swap i doubt if you will after the swap.
