Drained My Oil, Did I mess UP??
I'm in the process of a cam swap. Almost done, just have to adjust the rockers. I drained my oil, so I can be ready to put new oil in. Now I was just thinking, the engine has to be bumped to adjust the rockers right? Is this ok, with no oil in the engine, I put about 1/2 qt of oil in the new filter.

you should just crank the engine by hand, take the spark plugs out to make it easy. The lack of oil shouldn't hurt for this, just use lots of cam lube!

Yeah, I wasn't thinking. I still thought turning the engine by hand would cause metal against metal.
so, just pour the oil down the heads?, cause obvisouly the valve covers aren't on.
