Alternator ??????

I had both the alternator and the battery replaced.
And the battery again, yesterday.

On the dash, it's hovering around 10 instead of 13. When i use the turn signals, they blink like 3 times a minute if they blink at all. And sometimes the radio cuts off. Windows go up real slow.

Ok, I'm hearing from R & S that something is draining the battery. duh! Sometimes I hear a very faint high pitch noise even with the car off and the keys out of the ignition. Sorta sounds like if i had left the keys in, but it's very faint. You can barely hear it.
Maybe this is whats causing the battery to drain. Any idea what it could possibly be?
Anyone know of a trust worthy electrical shop in central New Jersey. Or, does anyone do this kinda stuff on the side? I'll pay ya!

I just got the interior & exterior looking really nice too! Doesn't that figure? What good are looks if the car doesn't run?
Thanx guys, Marie

Sounds like the alternator is dying again, join the club. I've been through five batteries and three alternators in the past year. My blinkers sometimes go slowly like yours, although not quite as bad. The wiring between the alternator and battery has been replaced twice, all grounds are good. I'm not sure why things keep dying, but they're all under warranty for a while so I've got time to figure it out.

If ya do figure it out, please tell me. I put in alternator and battery a few months back, I'm thinking the alternator is shot again, and R & S says it's fine. I think there waiting for time to pass, so they don't have to replace it.

Do you have an alarm system with a battery backup siren? If so, the siren's battery is bad and is draining the car battery. If you don't have an alarm system, I dunno what else it could be lol.

Why yes i do have an alarm....where is this backup battery?
or should i have the place that installed it, fix it?

oh, I jumped the car............. again!
and i've been hearing that the back hatch tends to keep pulling causing a drain on the battery. So I disconnected the fuse from the #11 slot (20amp). Went to start the car, and it's dead as a doorknob.

Would pulling that fuse have helped me to narrow down where the drain is? If so, I'll keep pulling fuses till i figure out what it is.

I like your idea about the alarm. That'll be next, how can i disconnect the fuse to that? or replace the backup battery

Here's where i'm at now with this thing. I removed the #11 20 amp fuse (just to see if the rear hatch could be the problem) I jumped the car, went for a ride, smelled something odd, not antifreeze, but like cotton candy or something, (could it have been me or was i being paranoid?) (and no, i didn't drive past a carnival)

When I got home, i turned off the car, removed the keys, and theres that high pitch noise again, what the ****? so i hit all the off switches, rear defog, high beams, dome switch etc.....just for the hell of it, i turned on the headlights, then off again, and the noise stopped.
And yes the car started right away, lets see if it does after it sits for awhile.

update

Ok, now this is whats going on with this fiaso.

Unplugging the fuse to the back hatch didn't help anything....battery was dead the next day.

Do you's remember that i said i hear a faint high pitch noise (sounds like i left the keys in ignition, but very faint) well, when i put that fuse back in, the pitch went away. I think the car is possessed!

Someone told me the headlight motors must be spinning and causing the drain. So i unplugged both sides yesterday, went out today and the battery is dead.....again. So i guess it's not the headlights.

Any other suggestions?
Please help me
