crappy gas mileage

I noticed this past weekend that i got really really bad gas mileage. I drove the whole tank on the highway and only got about 210 miles on the tank. What the h*ll is wrong?? Would a clogged cat effect the mileage at all. Any ideas from anyone?!?!?! Thanks in advance

O2 sensors will have a big impact on gas mileage, too. I think the recommended service interval on those is like 24k miles or 24 months.
