i need a vin number ran,thanks

hi,
i was wondering if i could get someone to run me a vin. there is a iroc sitting close to my house,but i dont know who owns it,and i know it was forsale,cuz you can see where it was written on the windshield,however the number was disconnected,so im trying to track down the buyer,the vin is.
