350 tpi w/t-5. running with 305 chip

i was about to put this in the DIY PROM section, but noticed the "no refural" thing...

so i figured this area would be best...

i have a 350tpi in my car. i also have a t5 in it. its burning lean now because i still have the stock 305 chip in it. its an 87 iroc.

1) how much worse will my milage suck if i find someone to burn a chip for me.
2) am i slowly breaking my motor cause im leaning it out?
3) what company do i go with to have a chip burned for my setup?

ive had this setup for a few years, and the motor seems to run fine. i have no emissions equipment on my car anymore, and im running stock 350 manafolds.

Only problem I'd see is that since it is running lean it will be running hotter which can potentially harm the engine.

If your really running lean, Its going to eat up your valves and pistons and leave you detonati0on prone.
