/ about my car and gtech meter?
I just got my gtech performance meter and me and my friend went and used it well he has a new style lincoln mark VII and he ran a 15.8@92.8mph my car ran 15.7@92.5mph and that was my best i had a couple 16s but the car spun alot i dont understand can this be right i have many mods and my factory time is supposed to be 15.5 if this is true im selling this car can someone help me figure out why my car is slow or maybe the meter is wrong.o by the way my car is a 1989 gta 5.7 L98,auto with b&m shift kit.

they are not 100
but they are damn close
most of the time withing .2 of a second
problem is if you hit a lot rear squat your times are going to be better then what they really are
or if you head uphill or downhill will also have an effect
point in case
set the g-tech up for flat land then run uphill
your time will actually be lower b/c of how the g-tech read

Axle/Gears: 7.625 10 bolt/3.73s
Don't get too discouraged. Inital run on my car, 15.7. Did a tuneup, 15.3. Fixed all vacuum leaks, 14.8. Added a few boltons, 14.2. All gtech times on the same road around the same temp/humidity.
