DD2000 file of what i hope will be the monster mouse!
Ok, I know that Desktop Dyno isn't the most accurate prediction tool on the planet, but it's the closest thing to an educated guess
Forget it! I can't get the file to attatch, it's too big.
Anyways, with some nice Pro Action Lightnings, I can make 543hp @6500rpm with my current setup.

You have to resize the pic in paint, click ctrl+w and put in 90 %, I've found if you do like 40% right away that it distorts the pic, jsut do it gradually, or just copy and paste out the part that you want to show and resave as a jpg file.

Yes, but it was very hard to read, just had #s all over the place.

my prediction
i dont want to rain on your parade or anything.but to get 543 out of 350 requires lots of compression, tunnel ram, and a whole lot cam.i know of one motor that got close to that number, it had a huge cam in it barely idled(526hp@7600).my guess of your motor would be about 360-370 hp.

yeah, anyways
I'm not talking about a 350 here.
And 543hp is just what DD2000 says.
And its very easy to make well over 500hp with a 383 with the right combination of heads and cam.

I'll agree with that, as well as saying that it can be done running pump fuel not racing fuel.

Daverr, i dunno how often you get to the track, but 500hp on a 350 is not uncommon, I have 415hp from my 355 (9.5cr, comp xe-286h, weiand stealth,no nitrous, daily driven). I'm very confident that a 350 could tolerate 800+hp.
800hp lol..... you have any idea what it cost to make that much horsepower on motor ........winston cup motors don't make that much (650-750) with a 45-50,000 dollar price tag.....have fun build engines for living

IDK, I can recall an article a LONG time ago about Ken Dutweiler (spelled really wrong) building a Naturally Aspirated 3.8 Buick motor with 600hp!!!
If a 3.8 could do that then imagine what a 350 could do!

Do any of you guys know where to get more cam and flw files for desktop dyno? I am trying to find a cam file for a LT1 and LT4 cam.

No lt1-lt4 cams though.. but.. they really are effectively the same cam but with 1.6s on the LT4.
I thnk its like .447 -204 intake and .455, 210 ext. for the lt1
Oh.. and the Aug2001 issue of Carcraft had a dyno (on the westech no less), of a 350 with AFR195s, 10-1 compression and the COMP XR280 solid roller with .578" intake and .584" ext.. it only made 520hp at 6600.
I doubt the AFR210s would pickup 50+hp and move the power band up 1000+ rpm with the same cam..
