Just pre-ordered Accel Wires and Plugs!!!
Hey guys,
I just ordered Accel Wires and Plugs from a local speed shop. This will be the beginning of my ignition system rebuild. The guy said that these plugs and wires will work with my stock cap and rotor, and I am thinking of replacing them later down the road with accel equipment also. I have a new ICM, it will eventually die because they have been dying left and right, and I am probably going to get an Accel coil. If I am correct I will be able to achieve better spark from the accel coil, hence generating better power. This should all improve the reliability of my car as well because I am experiencing ICM failure about once every 1-2 months. The car is not hacked up, it just likes the spit out ICMs every once in a while. If I replace my coil it might help, we'll just see what happens, enough of my babbering, I GOT ACCEL!

I forgot to ask, does the stock rotor just pop off the shaft or does it need to be screwed or pryed off, this is the LH0 V6 3.1 Engine. I had the cap off numerous times to replace the ICM, it looked as if it would pop right off. Also, do I need to replace my distributor all together for better accuracy, or would it be cheaper just to leave that in and go around it, having similar results?
