Please help!Cooling issues with Twin Turbo setup
Hi, I am new to this site and need help with cooling issue.I have a TwinTurbo setup in my 1987 TA, I have the big aluminum radiator but I have this huge custom Intercooler in front of it. I was wondering if there is new style front fascia with more opening in the front were I will be able to get better air through. I also have a "pusher Fan between the IC and the radiator. anything over 85 degrees and I have problems.

There are a lot of people having cooling problems with the intercooler sitting in front of the radiator. One of the things now is you can get a 4th get twin intercooler. Willie just did this with his Iroc and it made a world of difference with his car. You might want to check on the Power Added board for more information.
The car has no problems when it is below 85 degrees out side but when it reaches over that, the temp goes over 210-220. I run even a bigger Intercooler on my GN and it stays around 185-195 on a hot day with the AC on.
Yes I live in West Chicago but the the car is at my buddies house.I restore and sell Turbo Buicks as a hobby and have too many cars on my property . I wouldn't be able to bring the car home until the I get rid of few cars.
