Running a little too rich for my taste...

my motor runs a little too rich which kills my home to work and back mileage and wallet , it's tuned up well and the only thing I have a question about is the TPS voltage WOT I get 4.5 volts max, does this seem a little too much because I've thought of lowering it to 4.1 WOT but then thought to ask here for the correct voltage.

It may be the WOT operation that's killing the mileage. It's far more important to set the TPS correctly at the low end of the scale. As long as the WOT is 4.0V or above, you should be O.K. at WOT.

Have you checked the oxygen sensor lately?
