XE262 lift questions
Will i be ok using this cam on stock ( no machining done) to the valve guides, the cam has .462/.469 lift, will i have problems with hitting the valve guides? what about with 1.52 rockers? If you need to know the heads are "081" 305 heads. Also i will be buying the cam kit that comes with seals, retainers, locks, timing chain, lifters too.
Thanks
Kevin

Should fit properly, no problems. That's basically the correct way to do it.
Make sure you get self-aligning rockers, if the heads haven't been fitted with guide plates.

i just put my XE262 in.
sounds stock.
pulls 15" vacuum @ 700 RPM idle.
Has a collapsed lifter now (less than 100 miles on cam).
runs good otherwise.
I will be putting my blower back on soon, i wonder how it will react to the XE262.
