ZZ4 cam stats
Anyone got all the dimensions for a ZZ4 cam .I want to measure one this weekend to see how " used " it is

Well....I should clarify .........I need the entire lobe dimention . I have the stats of the cam ......I just need to know how to measure this . I am trying to find out how used this cam shaft is . Also how much where can there be before it is really not worth the labour putting it in
would I ...... Take the longest distance ( on the cam profile) and subtract the smallest distance ( therefore giveing me the lift of the cam )

lol. If it's 'used' enough to have changed dimensions, then it is garbage holmes. Or more explicitly, you should be able to tell by looking at it if it has taken on abnormal wear. You don't need to measure it, it will either be ugly, or A-OK. Roller cams are pretty good like that. Could make sure it's straight though (just roll it on the pool table)

.....I was going to mic it out and stuff .......( I would have been pretty embarased ) . I dunno the guy ...so I just wanted to make sure the cam was on the up and up
again .....I appreciate the response for a ill tech based member ( but that is why I am hear.... to learn )
