Won't Start Need Help!!!

i took my heads off to have them replace the valve guides and do the basic valve job, drilled exhaust guides, and spring shims. I followed the book exactly and i labeled everything. I had to cut the passenger side ground that connects to the head along with the AIR cat tube. the bolt was impossible to get off. So when everything came back i put the heads back on connected the battery ground and the driver side head ground. the other ground is not connected. Every wire is back in place except that one ground, i go to start my engine for timing but it won't turn over at all, the soleniod doesn't click or anything. I though it was that main ground wire that would prevent it but its to weak, the starter should atleast turn over. what should i try before towing it to the shop.

Well, uh, I'd start by reconnecting that other ground and retesting...
