What is cruise servo connected to?
The owner before me disconnected the cruise. The cable coming out the other end of the servo is not connected to anything. Where should it be connected? Running a Edelbrock 550cfm carb it that makes a difference. Can it even run without the ecm?
Thanks,
Brandon

Yes.
The regulator gets vacuum from the accumulator cannister; its electrical signals from the switch on the steering column; the speedo cable goes into it which tells it how fast the car is going, and the other speedo cable then goes to the speedo to tell you how fast the car is going; its vacuum output goes to the servo, which merely has a cable that yanks on the throttle.
I don't know if Edelbrock makes all the pieces to hook the cruise back up on one of their carbs or not; but if you look at a factory carb, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out how to do it yourself even if they don't. All it needs is the right post on the throttle lever, and the right throttle cable bracket.
