32 valves

Anyone know anything about these? Has anyone tried, and are they any good? If they work I would go for them

32 valves? You can't put more than 16 in a SBC.

There is, however, the ZR1 motor...

I saw somewhere that some company made a head that could run 32 valves off a regular in-block cam. Of course, now that I'm lookin for it, I can't find it back. I do remember that the $$$ they sold that head for was just ungodly stupid.

The link for those heads is in the first post. All I've heard about them, is that no one has them and one guy is still waiting for a set after putting down like 2 grand.

The only person I've ever heard of trying these things was a guy who was building a drag car over on camaroz28.com. Have no idea what happened to it though.

DOH. Can't believe I missed that...i read the whole thread first, and like the second or third reply down said he thought they were for an LT5. I guess I just assumed he was correct.

I would think something like that would kill all low end torque.

I remember reading about these 4-5 years ago when the company was named Dominion. They had a write about them in GMHTP I think.
