would this motor be safe on pump gas

Define pump gas.

Its possible, but that combo is pushing it. I dont see the cam specs either, which is a factor.

pump gas as in 91 or 93, cam is matched to your application

Axle/Gears: 3.73 posi with spacer
Just put a monster cam in it like a Comp Magnum 306 s solid cam. You should have a DCR of around 8.06.
